EDFA1550 series Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier is designed to extend a CATV systems
reach over 1310nm or 1550nm fiber without generating back to RF, therefore, it
fulfills the requirements of modern HFC networks for transmission of CATV, cable
telephony and cable data signals. The output power available is from 13dBm to 25dBm.
EDFA1550 uses a dual pump, two stage design with inter-stage isolators and
has a low noise figure <5.0 dB at 0dBm input.
